Khaled Sabsabi in conversation with Hammad Nasar

Join acclaimed Australian artist Khaled Sabsabi and Ibraaz Director of Programmes & Content Hammad Nasar for a conversation around Sabsabi’s work in the ongoing 61st International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia. The artist's two major new works – conference of one’s self and khalil – are presented across the Australia Pavilion and the Biennale’s international exhibition, In Minor Keys. Sabsabi and Nasar will unpack the cultural and artistic layers that underpin the works and explore the question of belonging in the context of national representation.

Doors open at 2.30pm; event starts at 3pm and ends at 4.30pm.
