He is currently a Doctoral Researcher at the Oxford Internet Institute, and the AI and Tech Lead at the Autonomy Institute, where he leads the CADA network. Bhargav received an MA in Computational Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and spent two years as a doctoral candidate at the Computer Science department at EPFL, before dropping out to focus on public policy and social sciences research. Bhargav’s AI policy work ranges from the labour market impact and firm composition of AI in the UK, to its climate impact and integration in public services.\u003C/p>\u003Cp style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">\u003Cstrong>M. Beatrice Fazi \u003C/strong>is a philosopher working on computation, technology, and media. She is Associate Professor at the University of Sussex (United Kingdom), the author of \u003Ci>Contingent Computation: Abstraction, Experience, and Indeterminacy in Computational Aesthetics\u003C/i> (2018), and co-author of \u003Ci>Digital Theory\u003C/i> (2025).\u003C/p>\u003Cp style=\"margin-left:0cm;\">\u003Cstrong>Jaya Klara Brekke\u003C/strong> is the curator of the \u003Ci>Technology & Power\u003C/i> series at Ibraaz.
