When fear takes hold of her, her world begins to disintegrate: the floor becomes unstable and sounds begin to warp, creating a world in which reality and fantasy become confused.\u003Cbr />\u003Cbr />Created in collaboration with a live soundtrack by \u003Cstrong>Samar Haddad King\u003C/strong>, the soundscape features field recordings made throughout Palestine since 2010. Her honours include the Creative Capital Wild Futures Award and residencies at Chaillot and NYU’s Center for Ballet and the Arts. Theatre credits include \u003Ci>Dead Are My People\u003C/i>, \u003Ci>Hoota\u003C/i> and \u003Ci>We Live in Cairo\u003C/i>.\u003Cbr />\u003Cbr />\u003Cstrong>Samaa Wakim\u003C/strong> is a Palestinian performer, choreographer and cultural manager, trained in acting at Haifa University. Her performance credits span international and regional stages, including \u003Ci>I Am Yusuf and This Is My Brother\u003C/i>, \u003Ci>The Beloved\u003C/i>, \u003Ci>Badke\u003C/i>, \u003Ci>Against a Hard Surface\u003C/i>, \u003Ci>Modern Curses\u003C/i>, \u003Ci>Last Ward\u003C/i>, \u003Ci>The Cabaret\u003C/i>, \u003Ci>The Father\u003C/i> and \u003Ci>Losing It\u003C/i>. She has worked extensively with Yaa Samar!
