Their creative practice is grounded in collaborative filmmaking and research-based processes. Their films and video installations have been exhibited internationally at venues and festivals, including the Locarno Film Festival, Cinéma du Réel, the Doha Film Festival, the Cairo International Film Festival, Festival Internacional de Cine de Gijón, FIDOCS, the Kochi-Muziris Biennale 2025–26, Manifold Books, and Dar Yusuf Nasri Jacir for Art and Research.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Karim Hapette\u003C/strong> is a Franco-Moroccan filmmaker born in Rabat who carried out his studies in France. Whilst living in Hong Kong for three years, he collaborated with the Ciné Mouvement collective, which brings together filmmakers and choreographers. He also worked with contemporary artist Kacey Wong on several short films and installations. Back in Morocco, he directed medium-length documentary, \u003Ci>L'bnat\u003C/i> (2022), which was selected for the Tangier National Film Festival and FIDADOC in Agadir.
